Our company is found upon basic principles of honesty, integrity, and most importantly providing value to our clients. I have worked as an IT consultant for 15 years and I have worked in sales for 20 years. One thing that all of my past clients will tell you about it is that I am honest, probably to a fault sometimes. In my experience, however, it has not hurt me, but rather it shows that you can trust me to give it to you straight and that I won’t make you buy things that you don’t need.
A key focus to my business is providing value to our customers. That means not only talking a good game, but also having the technical know how to backup what I am talking about. As such I have held several industry certifications from organizations including VMware, Microsoft, Riverbed, ITIL, and COMPTIA to name a few. Not to mention over ten thousand hours of on the job experience dealing with all kinds of environments from a home network to massive data center implementations across multiple time zones.
I currently reside in South Jersey with my family where I started to become involved with Home Automation about 6 years ago. My family and I began to see the benefits of Home Automation from the very start. I have seen how it may be difficult for people to get into it due to fears of some of the underlying technology. Using my experience with customer service and technology I decided to start this business to help people and businesses leverage technology be it through offering services, support, or implementing new technology without breaking the bank and to help those who want to get into Home Automation but are concerned with security, technology, and recurring fees.
